Manchester City defender Esme Morgan has signed a three-year contract extension with the Women's Super League club until 2025.
Twenty-one-year-old player, who made her City first-team debut at age 16 years after progressing through the youth ranks, she broke her leg against Tottenham in September.
Apart from his spell at Everton, Morgan has spent his entire career at Metropolis.
She told the club's official website: "I am so excited to sign a new contract.
"I've been a Town fan all my life and it's no secret, that I intended to stay here for a long time.
“Rozhodnutie predĺžiť zmluvu sa mi zdalo ako ideálne rozhodnutie v tomto období mojej kariéry, as I continue to develop and hope, that I will continue to do so, to become a more regular Town player in a wonderful environment.
Injury this season and that, that I'm a fan again, they made me want to get back into the game, and when that happens, it will probably be like my debut again.
“V mojej mysli, when i come back, it will be the start of a new journey and a new chapter in my time at this club and I can't wait, kedy si znova natiahnem tričko a budem hrať pred našimi fanúšikmi.”
Taylor said: “Je to fantastická správa, that Esme has signed a contract extension with us. Having her for the next three years is a real coup for us as a club, as it is a very exciting young expertise.
"During the last few seasons, she showed, what a gifted and versatile player she is, and at the age of only 21 years old, his best years are just ahead of him, which is an incredible thought.
“Oddanosť a tvrdá práca, which she showed during her rehabilitation this season, just summarizes, how fantastic she is on and off the pitch and we look forward to it, že jej budeme aj naďalej pomáhať rozvíjať sa v priebehu niekoľkých nasledujúcich rokov a aj neskôr.”
