Apart from his spell at Everton, Morgan has spent his entire career at Metropolis.
She told the club's official website: "I am so excited to sign a new contract.
"I've been a Town fan all my life and it's no secret, that I intended to stay here for a long time.
“The decision to extend my contract seemed like the perfect decision at this point in my career, as I continue to develop and hope, that I will continue to do so, to become a more regular Town player in a wonderful environment.
Injury this season and that, that I'm a fan again, they made me want to get back into the game, and when that happens, it will probably be like my debut again.
“In my mind, when i come back, it will be the start of a new journey and a new chapter in my time at this club and I can't wait, when will I pull on my shirt again and play in front of our fans.”
Taylor said: “This is fantastic news, that Esme has signed a contract extension with us. Having her for the next three years is a real coup for us as a club, as it is a very exciting young expertise.
"During the last few seasons, she showed, what a gifted and versatile player she is, and at the age of only 21 years old, his best years are just ahead of him, which is an incredible thought.
“Dedication and hard work, which she showed during her rehabilitation this season, just summarizes, how fantastic she is on and off the pitch and we look forward to it, that we will continue to help it develop over the next few years and beyond.”
